Researcher selection and recruitment policy
On 26 March 2021, the Governing Council approved the regulations for the selection and recruitment process for Universidad Politécnica de Madrid research staff, technical staff and research-related management staff.
The approval and entry into force of those Regulations was one of the objectives of the road map set out in the Action Plan. As a consequence of that, UPM is committed to ensuring that the recruitment of staff covered by the Regulations is carried out by means of an OTM-R (open, transparent and merit-based recruitment) process.
